Is it true that house tax will be one rupee per year in Goa?

Q: I am surprised to know this news. One rupee for an year, it is unbelievable. I want to confirm the news. Do you know what's the news exactly?

Hi Jijo, it has been announced that in village panchayats the tax will be Rs 1 per year.. It is not yet announced, I think. It is said that after sometime the tax will be made nil.
