Hi friends!! In form of Krishi Kalyan Cess, a levy of 0.50% is going to add up to existing rate of service tax on all taxable services which sums up to total service tax of 15%. Arun Jaitely, in his first budget had increased service tax rate to 14% from 12.36% and then added 0.50% as Swachh Bharat Cess from 15th November, 2015. Now, with krishi kalyan cess of 0.50%, the new service tax rate will be 15% effective from 1st June 2016.

But last month, the district administration of Gurgaon proposed a 15% reduction in circle rate across all segments for the 2016-17 fiscal. The decision, according to officials, was taken in view of the slow real estate market in the state.

And now buying a property in Noida and Greater Noida may soon cost you more as the Gautam Budh Nagar district administration has decided to carry out the annual revision of the circle rates. Circle rate is the minimum value at which sale or transfer of a plot, built-up house, apartment, commercial property or land takes place. The rates are revised every year. The idea behind the annual revision is to maintain the rates of land according to the prevailing market rates and the facilities available.
Hi everybody, I know there are few issues with the localities but at the same time i would like to mention that during a board meeting in April 2016, the Ghaziabad Development Authority had cleared a proposal for preparation of a detailed project report for extension of Noida’s Sector-62 under-construction metro line towards Indirapuram in Ghaziabad. They have asked the DMRC to prepare estimates for a metro extension from Indirapuram to Mohan Nagar. The move is part of the authority’s plans to develop the Mohan Nagar intersection as a metro interchange hub in the city.
It is true Hemant. Bad and good things are the part of life but how we are getting rid of these issues are the main area of concern. The Mohan Nagar intersection is also a proposed stop in the under-construction 9.41-km Dilshad Garden to New bus stand link, as part of the red line. The authority has proposed to extend the proposed Indirapuram metro towards Kanawani, Vasundhara and up to Mohan Nagar. The authority also proposed to extend the operational 2.57-km Anand Vihar to Vaishali metro link over the Link Road towards Vasundhara and up to Mohan Nagar.
Apart from that, there are so many neighborhood issues with Ghazibad localities. Recently, an environment activist has approached the National Green Tribunal (NGT) and filed a petition against several agencies for allegedly dumping soil on the river Hindon floodplains. The plea has also sought the removal of an under-construction electricity substation near the river at Karhera.
You are right Dinesh. Being the resident of Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, i have experienced severe traffic jam on NH-58 during rush hour on Sunday. Concerned by the poor average speed of vehicles on the national highways passing through the city, the Ghaziabad police are chalking measures to provide speedy passage to commuters. Crawling traffic and congested highways during the peak hours have been concerns for those travelling on the NH-24, NH-58 and NH-91 for years.
As per my knowledge, when you will calculate property value , you should know that, Stamp duty is 6% for female, 7% for male and 6.5% for joint. Nothing else should be included in this cost when we calculate based on circle rate. However EDC may/may not be included when cost calculated on cost paid to builder. Stamp duty will be paid in registry office by purchase of stamp paper from treasury of equal amount. It should not be paid to the builder.

As per my knowledge, Ghaziabad has 7% Registration & Stamp Duty Charges of the BSP+Parking. It does'nt matters if its in Joint Name, Male's Name or Female's name. 7% is flat for everyone. Lawyer & Legal charges are extra, which may range from 5000-10000 in Ghaziabad.
Hello, as far as i now Ghaziabad has 7% registration charges & stamp duty charges. Lawyer & legal charges are extra that is they may come around Rs 10,000
I have no idea about this rule. I think Ghaziabad stopped it about 2 years back. Now the charges is around 7% flat. I have some idea because i got my flat registration recently.
