E-130 Sector 36 in Suncity Phase-1, Sonepat Road, Rohtak.

Q: We do have plot E-130 Sector 36 in Suncity Phase-1, Sonepat Road, Rohtak. Almost 90% payment has been made to the company. There does not appear to be any movement with regard to handing over of possission of the plot. Why is the delay.

D/Sir, I am sorry I could not visit the common floor for quite a good time due to some unprecedented reasons. I do find that you were kind enough to reply me back immediately on 25.01.2013. Today, I had made call to Suncity Rohtak office. On my being asked about the status of giving possession of sector 36 plots, I have been conveyed that some farmer / land owner has filed a suit against the company and some litigation is going on among the two parties. A stay has been granted on this issue by the Court of Law. I do not the real status or the true state of affairs. Would you be good enough to kindly let me know as to what alternative is left with me.

Heylo Anup, according to my knowledge, they ahve already finished the project and why do not you direct drop down to there office and have a word? or esle join owner's group of Suncity Phase-1 .
