Hi,
I Have a 2 BHK flat in suncity floor rohtak. It is a ready to move it apartment with Modular kitchen, wardrobe in all room and all other amenities'. Please let me know the current market price of this flat.

As i made conversation with the executive and found that all the plots have been sold out only plots in resale value are available so there is a chance of negotiation. According to information provided by them regarding possession will be 3 months.

As per my knowledge is concern the project was launched in the year 2007 and at that period of the time the price was 4500-5000/sq.yds.

The Suncity Rohtak plots are available in 200/250/300/400/500 and few units in 1000/sq. yds where the current price per square yard is Rs.15500/sq. yds i.e. 31 lacs.
The exact location is Sonepat Road, Rohtak. This project covers some areas of sector-34/35/36/36A.
