Hi guys...there is great news to share..Velachery area will soon have the biggest mall of Chennai. It is Phoenix Marketcity .It will be build on more than 2 million sq ft area. It will also have residential developments on that land. Eagerly waiting for this mall to open in Velachery area.

Velachery proximity to various prime localities adds to the advantage of being a prominent locality and the rates of the property on Velachery. Currently the price running there is around Rs 5850 per sq. ft. Earlier it was approximately Rs 5500. By the way which type of apartment are you looking for..??

Hello mr. Nair..the landscape of Chennai is changing..many new projects are coming in various parts of the city. Velachery is a very popular area of Chennai. My aunt bought a flat last month.It was good and worth. Currently there are more than 300 projects in Velachery. You can find good options there.
