The main point is Bhiwadi has a good connectivity with Delhi and is situated on the highway, the place is becoming a major residential choice for the middle class. There are already 27 private developers including the Piyush Group and Kajaria Housing. You can also look out for integrated townships and housing projects.

Hi , my personal suggestion is to go for an apartment as you can fetch in a handsome rental income. Property prices in Bhiwadi are increasing at an alarming rate. So don’t wait further, if you have decided to make the move. Apartments here are reasonably priced compared to some nearby locations.

Just one think you should keep in mind is plot values are much higher in comparison to the apartments but plots will give you the best returns. However the strong industrial growth of Bhiwadi promises a wonderful return on investment in both. Ashiana Housing is an affordable builder in Bhiwadi. Other leading players are Parsvnath Builders, Omaxe Residential Apartments Project, Trehan Home Developers, Piyush Group etc. There are a lot to choose from.
