Hi Bulbul..Kotturpuram is a very prominent area of Chennai. Recently a new project named Mandarina Kotturpuram is launched. Why don't you try there. it is under construction and they say that they will deliver by March 2014. They are offering both apartments and villas. This project is by Appaswamy Real Estates..and you know that they are good builders.
