Q: Can anyone share feedback on factors such as security, amenities such as markets and hospital etc in sector 44 noida. I plan to rent a 2bhk for my family i.e. wife and young baby as I am moving from Bangalore to Noida.ThanksAnuj

Hi I am not a resident of the complex yet, plan to move in the future as I stay in 29. I wanted to enquire please if anyone would know who to approach for opening a daycare & creche' for the residents children. I mean who is the chairman of the club or RWA society.

Hey , Anuj Milk and vegetable also you will get in there in sector 50 market. If you want know about the vendors , i think your apartment people might help you, because i stay in sector 50, so our apartment already have a vendor who come and gives up in the morng. you have Mahagun Maple in sector 50 which is under your budget.Salora Vihar in sector 62. Pearls Gateway Towers in sector 44. Rest all nice project in your budget are in sector 50 or 63 or 92 . Do you want any other sector ?

Thanks for the info. Can you confirm whether stuff like daily needs (milk / vegetables are easily available in sector 44 or is it that one needs to take out car for such basic things as well)

My budget is around 15 - 20 k depending on the amenities in the apartment

With respect to security I know one has to be careful while going out at night

Hi Anuj, Noida is a very nice area, and there are many new projects coming also. Particularly near sector 44, you will have sector 50 market, where super market, veggies small shops, snack shops and parlour are present. Even resturant are also there. Yoy have Ojus hospital in sector 40. For rent you can check Apartments for rent in Noida . As far as secuirty concern , you have to bit carefull at nights when you are shifting with family, as you already know the news. But what is you budget?
