So far the best properties that I have come across are all by Regency Group. Regency Group offers the best properties at quite affordable rates. Regency Anantam, Regency Sarvam, Regency Antilia are some of the greatest projects. The best Township Projects in Dombivli and New Projects in Kalyan West are Regency Groups latest offerings.

Thane is a good place to invest in especially its proximity to all possible commercial and residential areas. It is located to the northeast of Mumbai. Because of the huge residential boom, the city has witnessed a large number of immigrants from the nearby city of Mumbai as well as from other pockets of state and country. The face of the city is nowadays becoming increasingly cosmopolitan.

The current price trends in Thane on an average is a bit high but will give a good return on investment. The property prices have appreciated by 15.73% in Thane. The psf rate has changed from Rs.6,360/- to Rs.7,324/- during this period.

A 2BHK apartment of average size 900-1000 sq ft costs now Rs 65 lakh to Rs 1.25 crore. The average capital value of Thane’s residential projects is Rs 6200-6400 per sq ft.It is lesser at Dombivili at Rs 5,500-7000 per sq ft and further lower at Kalyan at Rs 2500-4500 per sq ft.

Price trend is constantly appreciating with times.. Many apartments have come up near the locality. Also, the infrastructure and connectivity are also benefitting the surrounding locations, such as Kalwa, which falls under the jurisdiction of Thane Municipal Corporation. The current price trends range from Rs 30 lakh for 1 BHK to Rs 70 lakh for 3 BHK. However, differs with project and developer.
