Hello Mr Nair..i totally agree with the Telangana matter but i don't think so that it is affecting the new launches. Many other builders are also launching their new residential projects in Hyderabad.

Hi all..seems a great discussion going on...saw the brochure online..such great facilities and amenities they are offering. Few of them include 10,000 sq ft clubhouse, rooftop swimming pool, fitness center and health club,, Indoor games zone, landscaped gardens, shaded trellised walkways, central landscaped courtyard, children’s play area, ample parking, Fire protection System, cable TV, Internet and intercom facility and lots more to write here.

hey Harsha...Brigade group is offering option of 2 and 3 BHK apartment units of size ranging between 2250 sq ft to 3510 sq ft. It is seriously a classy project where apartments are lavishly designed and all that of according to Vaastu. And yes Balwinder the amount you told does not include car park for three and statutory expenses..so now you can imagine the prices there.

Hi Harsha..Brigade at No. 7 is a luxurious project.. don't have any about the apartment sizes but yes they 2 and 3 bhk units starting from Rs 3.5 crores. It is very much understood what kind of amenities they would offer. I recommend you this project if you are particularly looking for a premium project.
