Sukruti Delight at Gundlapochampally, kompally

Q: Hi all,
I am new to this Forum.

I've been trying out for having investments in Open PLOTs.
Recently i got to know that SUBHA GRUHA has started venture
(Sukruti Delight)at Gundlapochampally, kompally.

They claim the site is HMDA layout with 200, 240, 400 sq. yards plots.
And per Sq. Yard, they are charging 9299/-

It would very much helpful for me to get more details about this.

Please let me know
-- what is the development going now at gundlapochampally, kompally
-- what is the cost per sq. yard at present.
-- Is it good to opt as part of Investment plan.
-- Is it really a HDMA approved one.

Hello,
I 've been watching this project and they are not clear with the details about the approval, site registration etc.

First thing, they don't have HMDA approval.
Second, the site is not on the name of "Subha Gruha"
Third, with above concerns they still charging heavy price per sq.yd (9299/- .... 8599/-)

They say "they have bought this project from some M.N.K Constructions" and "they applied for HMDA layout approval with the same M.N.K Constructions as Owner of the site.

Please think 1000 times before making any plan to buy.
Don't get trapped into their lulled talks.

You can check for HMDA approve by checking LP Number of project.

Also if you are looking for investment opportunity i will suggest you to shamshabad area into consideration

A residential plot in Kompally of size 120 yards will cost you around Rs 12 lakhs. And yes this area has actually grown a lot..It is among the greenest suburb of Hyderabad. It provides excellent connectivity.

Hey Karthik..as per my knowledge the prices at Kompally have appreciated in past few months. i think currently it is around Rs 2341 per sqft. Earlier it was Rs 2056 per sqft. It is one of the fastest growing suburb of Hyderabad city which houses many residential projects.

Hi Karthik..i think you can get these details on their website page. But frankly speaking builders are not bothered to update these kind of information on website. Approval issues have become a major concern for every buyer.
