Hey Unni......Pace Aagam is situated at Medavakkam and according to me the price per sq ft is around Rs.5000. They are offering both 2 nad 3 bhk apartments. A 2 bhk of 1181 Sq-ft size will cost you around Rs 60 lacs to Rs 65 lacs.

Hi Unni. Accoeding to me the payment schedule depends upon the builder and it differs from builder to builder. Please let me know are there any flats left for sale..?? even i am planning to invest there.

Hi Unni..personally i think Tambaram is a good locality. What i found i that from past six months the prices are depreciating. It is currently Rs 3474 per sq. ft. Despite of that many projects have been launched in that area. More than 50 projects are under construction .
