Hey Harmeet ..i don't think that Telangana issue is the reason behind it..as you said there are some possibilities that builder does not fulfill his responsibility. There are also some approval issues also. Many time the residents of apartment complex face problem like water, electricity.

Hi Ashok..there may be several reasons behind this..may be the builder is giving what he promised..or may be the Telangana issue prevailing there. May be some owners are planning to shift to another place.
