Q: The cost per sqfoot is 3490. What is the prevailing rate?Is color homes reliable? Any information on this constructions will be really useful?

Hi Vivek..there are more than 100 projects in Tambaram. There are both plots and apartments in this area. Currently i think three projects are ongoing namely Pace Anusa, Doshi Nakshatra II, Akarshana Apartments. i think there are some flats left for sale.

Hi Sasikumar..Earlier the per sq ft rate was around 3300..but now it is close Rs 3500 . There are around 15 residential projects ongoing in Chennai. There is also one project going in Kanchipuram. Why don't you ask other owners of their project.
