Hey Lekha..the cost a flat with apprximate size of 1000 - 1500 sq ft is between Rs 50 lakhs to Rs 55 Lakhs. Please do verify the details.

Hi Keha..booking of any apartment is very simple. You just need to contact the builder. He will give the details..and then if you are interested you can book the flat by paying small amount of the actual cost of flat.
