Hi..recently i joined the owners group of my project and yes i found one 2 bhk flat left for sale in TVH Villa Park. Please tell me your other requirements like facing, budget. And i think the price is negotiable too.

Thanks for your response. I am planning to buy 2 bhk around Rs.52 lakhs. I understand some of the amenities are not in working condition. I also would like to know the monthly maintenance charges payable. Thank you for your reply.

Hello Mr. Ramanathan...TVH Villa Park is a completed project of its builders. This residential project is located at Thuraipakkam . It is approved by CMDA also. You can take more information from other owners by joining the owners group of the respective project.
