Hi Ahmed Kutoor is in Mehboob Nagar district. This area will develop but it will take more time than projects in Ranga Reddy District. Also i thing on JP darga road projects are of Panchayati Layout, i think you should go for HMDA layout and that too in Ranga Reddy District
Hi Ahmed.. Shamsabad is a suburb, located at the south of Hyderabad. And i heard that now suburbs are also included in the Hyderabad real estate market. It is a developing area and there is a good demand of plots there. Prices are expected to increase in future.
