Don't ever dream to buy a house in Pacific Aurum. Pathetic customer service. You will end up in paying more than 5-10 lakhs on what you had asked to pay.... Really horrible experience !!!
Hi, today i have visited Pacifica Aurum to explore about the amenities.. some shocking... (1). Wall painting inside the apartment to be done by owner, not included in 3470 cost. (2) Club house usage is at extra cost; not included in club membership, it has to be paid additionally every month as per your usage and it is not specified or fixed now (3) not sure about what kind wood will be used for Door (not sure whether it will come in 3470 cost or to be paid extra for doors:) ) (4) No details about water treatment plants.
Hi all, I am interested in this project, what is the best per sq ft price for pride towers offered? I am seeing it as 3470 per sq feet. But my investigation with other projects nearby suggest me that this is little high. 3300 would have been good bet considering all the other charges that are levied in the project. I am OK to pay 20% of the sale price in first installment. Is the 3470 price negotiable?
Hi Pranab..Pacifica Aurum has received approval from DTCP approval but i think they have not got panchayat approval to build villas. The per sq ft price of Villas is Rs. 4570 per sqft.

Hell Mr. Srinivas..i have few details like this project offers 2 ,3, and 4 bhk premium apartments covering an area ranging between 1147 sq ft to 4303 sq ft. The price of these apartments starts from Rs 39 lakhs. Thus these apartments are not that expensive and not affordable too.
