how is porur segment in chennai growing?

Q: Is it worth investing for a property there. I dont find any major shopping complex or places to freek available

Hello..i hope you are not aware of residential projects coming up in Porur. I recently heard of VGN krona Phase II..It is situated off Kundrathur Road and Manapakkam Road.They are offering 2BHK and 3BHK apartments ranging from 1,030 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft with initial launch price of these units is Rs 4,299 per sq ft. I feel this area is worth investing.

Hi Kranth..as far i know..Porur is a very popular area of Chennai. Prices here are continuously increasing too ..it was Rs 4747 per sq. ft. in December 2012. Three SEZ's is coming up in Porur thus it will soon become another IT hub of Chennai besides OMR.
