In current residential market areas such as South Bopal, Prahlad Nagar and Thaltej are the top three areas with maximum supply of residential properties.so I think you should check out this areas for your investment.
@ Jack I think you should invest in South Bopal which is showing one of the preferred localities in Ahmedabad, the locality has residential properties at an affordable cost.The value of a 2BHK apartment here is between Rs 23 to 35 lakh with sizes varying from 900 to 1300 sq ft.
Thaltej is another well-developed locality of Ahmedabad situated in between SG Highway and Sardar-Patel Ring Road. What attracts buyers to the locality is its peaceful environment, less traffic woes and affordable values of apartments.It counted among the premium localities of Ahmedabad.
Hello Mr Kasushik..i heard a lot about Swagat Group..they have delivered around 11 projects in Ahmedabad and another 10 are ongoing. And yes there are 2 -3 projects in Gandhinagar also. They are reputed builders of Gujarat.
Hi Govinda...there are certain things which decides investment destination. Such a factor is your budget. Let say if you are looking for a very affordable project then i would suggest you to choose Ahmedabad. Although developers are targeting the entire state for such housing projects but currently you can derive benefit by investing in Ahmedabad. GIft city is coming up in Gandhinagar and prices will surely rise in near future. Investment in Gandhinagar is also a good option

hey Sandeep.i am from Ahmedabad...from past few days i was also looking for a property in Ahmedabad. According to my research..you should preferably invest at Gota road. Projects here are very affordable and will match your budget also. I too have booked a flat there.
Hi Sandeep..i would suggest you invest money in Vejalpur. It is close to all malls, school, colleges, hospitals, offices etc. It has all modes of transportation, good connectivity. Although there are just 20 to 25 projects but all will be available at affordable prices. For example ..i booked a flat in Smarana Apartments. A 2 bhk will cost you around 30 lalkhs. This is mu personal experience.
