Hi all...The plots between Gachibowli to Shamshabad are available in size of 4000 sq ft to 5000 sq ft. The cost of these plots falls between Rs 3000 to Rs 5000 per sq yd which varies from location to location. I think those towards Gachibowli would priced more than Shanshabad.

Hi Gurmeet ..both Gachibowli and Shamshabad are good areas. The stretch between Gachibowli to Shamshabad is becoming an investment hotspot. The complete stretch has become one of the most preferred localities for real estate development.

Shamshabad is more preferred as around 600 companies are coming there also SEZ is also there. Land rates will be also cheaper . Only thing to care is it should be HMDA and not within HADA limits or GEO 111 Limits
