My view is the residential hubs can have several attributes for growth, location is a key factor that makes projects in an area premium, mid-ranged or affordable. Gurgaon’s Golf Course Road Extension and Sohna Road are two such areas that offer a wide range of apartments.
But one of the issue is rising up in the Main sohna road upgrade was the presence of many overhead lines along the same. Earlier newspaper had reported that Huda had agreed to fund a project to take these lines underground, which will help the beutification of the sohna road.
Even if you are interested in good future returns i think you should go for Gurgaon and New Gurgaon , because great developers are investing and have a chance of great future returns. Especially for residential investment Gurgaon and Yamuna expressway is rising up.
