Guidance needed, please reply

Q: Hi All, we are planning to buy a 2 bhk flat for 25-30 L, and we wud be giving it on rent as we stay out of state kindly let me know which area is best for investment purpose and which builder should i choose plsss guide me.

In terms of investment, areas like Hitec city, Madhapur, Manikonda, Miyapur, Kukatpally housing board, are good.. They are all located close to Hitec city, which is prime IT hub and therefore investments are worth.. Also you can try towards Shamshabad.. areas near airport will also fetch good profit.
