if you want to invest in commercial estate i think Greater Noida is a better option and ever the Noida expressway. Because the residential projects are coming up , so there will be a demand of commercial estate also.

Gaur City 1 in NOIDA extension is a good project and which have good future returns also..secondly it purely depends on what kind of investment you are looking at! You want short term for commercial or residential?

Hi Mr Malik, you cancheck properties at noida and gurgaon. Many reputed builders like puri ,godrej, bptp,jp, supertech, civitech,raheja etc ahve invested in this areas.If u r planing to invest , kindly check out projects in this area, which will give you good future returns
