About the Flats in VGN Apartments Chennai

Q: I am NRI, having an idea to buy a flat in Chennai. So I had gone through some real estate websites. Finally I chose VGN builders, and my friends also suggested it. I contacted VGN Builders to clarify my queries; they answered without any hesitation and gave some suggestions in Planning. Please suggest whether I chose VGN builders to invest or not??

Please think twice before investing in VGN. go through previous project handover and quality and customer Service before investing. I too thought of investing, at last minute i came to know about from one of my friend in Chennai. I also heard that last 2 projects delayed alomost is 1 year. there are lot of issues with taxes and still fighting is going on.

yes senthil, i accept your words, i owned the flat in vgn minerva, it got delayed to deliver as you said and we had a sitout with manager, they said they had a problems with labour and after the discussion we have got our flat in next 7 months. sometime delay might happens with all the builder but i am compromised with the quality and amenities. getting a flat within 7 or 8 months with no quality is nothing is my view.

Hi Bharani, as far as i know VGN is doing good in chennai, one of my relative booked a flat in brixton and i have gone for a visit to stafford, it was nice. planning to book.
