Hi......madani..i will advice u to buy a plot on NH7 HYD--Bangalore
at shadnagar...as this area is ten times better than warangal highway.
my friend purchased a plot of 200 sq. yards at Rs. 2300 per sq. yard,which is on NH7 by road and also clear title,DTCP Approved.

It is also well-connected transport and communication. What is your budget..i think there some plots and villas available for sale.

Hi..i am not aware of the project but yes the area Shamshabad is very good. It has become a real estate hotspot nowadays. Investment in complete stretch between Gachibowli to Shamshabad will prove beneficial in future.
