@ lokesh and Rubiya..i came to know that roads inside the S and P Lakeview Apartment are gifted to panchayat. I think there are no front and back gates also.

Hi Mr Niranjan..i totally agree with rubiya..you should visit to S and P Lakeview Apartment located at Vadakkupattu Main Road, Medavakkam and take feedback of any flat owner. I heard that they are not keeping their promises. Along with some approvals owners are facing lot of problems like water leakage in tank, water leakage in pipelines etc.

Hello Naranjan..S and P Garden is a completed project. I think they are offering villas. This project offers various modern amenities like Garden, Play Area etc. The project seems goof but i would suggest you to first take feedback of the builder and then take a decision.
