I have an area of 4550 sq ft in chennai, can I go for premium FSI

Latest Answer: Hi, I think premium FSI is not allowed in the red hill catchment areas which is restricted for development and those water bodies that are maintained by Chennai Metropolitan Water supply and Sewerage Board which are restricted for drinking water purposes. Additionally, the person availing premium FSI will also be able to get increased land extent for construction of building.So take legal suggestion before proceeding for FSI.

Latest Answer: @ lokesh and Rubiya..i came to know that roads inside the S and P Lakeview Apartment are gifted to panchayat. I think there are no front and back gates also.

Ceramic Tiles changed in VGN Platina??
Q: I have bought the flat in vgn platina. last weekend, i happened to see that the tiles are imported in the site, that looks 1.2 in size. however, they mention that it is 2.4 in size in the agreement & internet specification.

I request the buyers of VGN platina, please inquire the customer care asap. I have checked with them. They said that they would check and come back.
