Hi, I recently visited Sark Three Villas. I wanted to know the quality of the villas. Any Existing owners from Sark can comment if there are any existing problems?

Hi Rashmi..i know one thing about the builder...the projects of sark group have unique and modern architecture. Is the project Sark One completed..?? i heard that there are no tennis courts, basketball courts , cricket nets and Gym is non AC in Club house. The project is very far fro Hitech city also.

thanks Rubiya for the update....we have visited the site and seen the sark one villa...we were planning to buy one at sark two...wanted a background check on the builder and feedback from any sark one owner.

Hi Rashmi...the builder of Sark One is quoting Rs 1.25 crore as initial price of the villas. But i find it lil more expensive .the location seems to be a little remote from wikipamia. No doubt it has unique architecture..but nowdays..everybody is quoting this price for a 4 bhk villa.
