Q: I dint quiet get that.why there is so much of difference nd recently i visited there was no villa ready to occupy

CSK doesn't handover on time- its more than one year we have completed our installments- till now there is no sign of construction- they have got very poor lousy staff- don't even respond properly nor can give any information - they promised to handover by year end , will have to wait , no other option left

can you please clarify how many villas have been completed and how many families shifted there out of 2000 villas so far? I could not visit the site for the last one year.

@ Indira..Builder take the amount of the project in phases. On booking ..you must have paid a small amount of the cost and after certain time they demand for more money. All these information must be there in the agreement signed by you.
