Q: HI i just wanted is it good to buy a plot at suvarna bhuvi developers they are promoting a lot about their venture ... and it's really affordable i think ? can u people plz suggest me wether is it good ? and what are its chances of future development ! can u please suggest the anyother projects also like these

HI rishith,.i will advice u to buy a plot on NH7 HYD--Bangalore
at shadnagar... buy a plot other than suvarna bhoomi as it is 4 kms. inside from NH7...
Recently my friend purchased 200 sq. yards plot at just Rs.2300 per sq. yard in other venture which is on NH7 by road

please check whether it is a panchayati layout or HMDA layout, i have invested in Gangothri projects there. It only 1 km away from Procter and Gamble Factory and it is HMDA approved
