Hello Supritam.. I would suggest you to take a apartment for rent rather buying. I think this area has the cheapest rental rates. Why don't you invest in other areas of Chennai..?? Look for apartments in OMR, Velachery etc. Navalur is located in between Sholinganallur and Siruseri .. investment in Navalur will only be beneficial for those who are working in these areas.

I next 3-5 years..more than 20 projects will be completed and many are proposed also which will house around 10,000 families. As plenty of land is available, this area shows great potential for the development of Malls, office spaces etc.
