Is it good to invest in Gated Community at Kistareddypet

Q: I am looking to buy a house in gated community near Kistareddypet near Beeramguda. The project name is Mehar Valley. Anyone know about this project or bought house there? Will it grow in couple of years from now?? A quick response will help me a lot.Thanks in advance for all the respondents.

Hi... The distance between Beeramguda and Gachibowli is around 11 km to 15 km and the travel time is around 15-20 minutes only. Since Gachibowli is becoming a investment hotspot..i think very soon the nearby areas will also grow.

Hi Kumar..... Mehar Valley is offering independent and duplex villas with price starting form Rs 32 lakhs only. I think they are affordable. it is just 15 minutes away from Gachibowli.

Thx for the response. But the distance from Gachibowli should be around 18 kms. Any idea about this project and what is the future of this area?? Is it safe to buy property in this layout??
