Q: Hi I m interested in buying an residential property in pallikaranai area. what are the future prospects of buying property in pallikaranai area ? Also what all are the good upcoming projects?
Hi Dhiraj...currently the senario is very bad...all are dumping sewage in water bodies only,,,Lotus pond is the best example of it,,it has turned into cess pool. Very other water bodies will also be in this stage. OMR is going to have STPs for sure but for Thoraipakkam and Pallikarai it is very critical.l
Yeah dhiraj..it is expected that the marsh eco-system will improve when the scientific closure of the dump yard is complete. The forest area can be protected with a boundary all around it. I still not understand why government has not constrcuted any STP in this area.?
Hello Lekshmi..I do not think so encroachment happens in Pallikarani any more . It is because the marshland was notified as a reserve forest in the year 2007. And yes the the salty water problem will be resolved when metro water would be active in this region.
Hi Saran..it is good to invest i Pallikarani..but i think there are some issues running related to encroachment of Pallikaranai marshland. The existing water body is spoiled by builders and people as they are clogging up with construction materials and sewage. There is also another problem is salty water in this area.
Hi Saran..Pallikaranai area is located within city limits and is one of the fastest growing residential area in in India. It is expected that prices will immensely grow in near future . Thus investment in Pallikaranai is a wise decision. This area is surrounded by Madipakkam, Velachery, Perungudi , Thuraipakkam, Medavakkam and Karapakkam. Why would such a place would not grow..??
