How is Connaught Place for setting up an office?

Q: Hi guys... I own a company in Bangalore. I have office at Hyderabad and Chennai and Now I am looking to set up my office at Connaught Place, Delhi. I would like to get feedbacks from those who have established their business or offices in Connaught Place.

Hi guys, the rental rates at Connaught Place have increased by approximately 25 percent over the last year, to cost Rs 403 a square foot per month. Delhi’s new master plan has given much better scope to the location.

Connaught Place in New Delhi stands in the world’s fourth most expensive office location, according to a recent report by Cushman & Wakefield. The company has surveyed locations across 63 countries to compare the most expensive office destinations across the world.
