Hi Sishir..even i checked..but din't find any. Thus i booked another flat in the same area. And yes swajith..why don't you do the same. ?? You can find many other 2 bhk flats in Aluva.

Hi Swajith..Lemon Grass is offering 2 and 3 bhk apartments of size ranging between 1130 sqft to 1400 sqft. i think the per sq ft price is around Rs 2400 per sq ft. I don't think so there are any flat left for sale.
