You know NCR is just rising up in a great speed > in both the ways , in commercial as well as residential. I think if any wants to invest now, this is the right time. And thanks to this forum , they have given a lot of info about NCR. I am realy pleased.

Even i think that the long stretch which covers the connectivity from Gautam Budh Nagar to localities in Ghaziabad such as Crossings Republik, Vijay Nagar, Indirapuram and Vaishali is the main reason why real estate is rising. Looking at the percentage of real estate development in this area as well as the upcoming projects, at least 30-45 percent appreciation expected in the next 2 years.
