The industrial units in surrounding areas like Kundli, Rai, Bawana, Barhi and Narela, and many other corporate houses are setting up their offices. A large workforce is required for these companies which increases the demand for housing projects in Sonipat.

Sonipat has excellent connectivity to the 8-lane National Highway 1. The proposed Rapid Rail Transport System would connect Sonipat with a wide network of Metro rail. The KMP Expressway will give easy access to cities like Bahadurgarh and Gurgaon to this place.
Many such developments have been planned in this stretch. Industrial development happening in surrounding areas like Kundli, Rai, Bawana, Barhi and Narela, and the prospect of many other corporate houses setting up their offices here have also driven the demand for housing projects in Sonipat.
TDI City and Omaxe City townships seems to be doing great. Many projects are coming up in these townships.

Hi Srikumar, there are many leading realtors such as Jindal, TDI, Eldeco, Ansal API, Parker, Omaxe, Parsvnath, Vardhman, Apex Developers, etc developing residential projects in Kundli and Sonipat areas. Also many other projects are coming up including IT parks, SEZs, entertainment malls, the biotech city, the cyber city, the fashion city. All these will definitely rise the real estate in this region soon. For now the rates are low compared to Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. But in around 5-10 years there will be drastic change.

Hi guys, I heard that Rajiv Gandhi Education City is being developed in Sonepat-Kundli region. It would be the biggest education campus in world. I hope this will add more value to properties in that region. Are there any new launches by any major developers of Delhi? I dont want to take risk by investing in projects by new builders.. so i prefer to invest only in reputed ones.

Hi Pravakar, Kundli-Sonipat stretch In NCR region has been witnessing vast real estate growth. More and more properties are coming up, many leading developers have purchased land and are planning to launch their projects. The prices of properties in Sonipat, Kundli and Panipat are lower compared to other parts of the Delhi-NCR, especially Gurgaon and Noida. So buyers are showing more interest in investing in projects in these areas.
