Yeah..Samrat..think there are few flats left for sale. I saw the brochure last week..they are providing many amenities. like designer gates, entrance arch, compound walls, black top roads, water tank, electric poles, round the clock security, avenue plantation, children playing area, landscaped gardens, plot demarcation stones, site leveling, cleaning and peripheral marking, tree guards on major roads, adequate parking, park development with plantation etc.

Hi Veena..if you are planning to buy a plot at Teachers Green Meadows. Then you must hurry up..it is because currently, the market rates are Rs. 1050 per sq ft and they are offering Rs. 950 per sq ft. They are providing very good amenities at this rate.

Hello Vishwanathan..Even i am planning yo buy one plot at Teachers Green Meadows. It is offering 250 residential plots of size ranging between 1400 sq ft to 4500 sq ft. I heard that they are very affordable also. It is also approved by DTCP.
