Review of Aparna HillPark Gardenia

Q: Hi..i am planning to but a villa at Aparna HillPark Gardenia. Please give me all details of this project.

After doing a thorough home work and having explored all the projects in the close proximity of Gachibowli, I landed up picking Aparna Gardenia . They got a good land scape, awesome club house and state of art design which convinced to pay a little premium price compared to Market . Kokapet or Kondapur was my first choice but couldnt afford to go with those areas and landed up in Madinaguda as I am already living in this area from last 10 years.

Was curious to check for reviews and found mixed opinion about Aparna but none were specific to Aparna Gardenia.

It is definitely good so far as its not old enough and every villa here is ready to occupy, however I visited Aparna Blvd right next to this project and was not happy with maintenance. Hope Aparna Gardenia will not get into such mess and keep up the quality with good maintenance.

Its too early for me to comment on experience and would definitely come back to update my ratings in future

Aparna Hillpark Gardenia is spread across an area of 16.16 acres with 116 luxury villas. The place has gained importance, during the recent years with major developments of shopping malls and commercial establishments. This place is also falls in close accessibility to major IT companies including Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Infrotech, Hitech City and many more.
The project is a bit highly priced in comparison to surrounding projects and has not been able to attract investors. You can read a good review about this project in a website:

Hi All, I own a Villa in Aparna Hill Park Boulevard which is ready to occupy, 266 sq yards,West facing,Builtup area 2930Sqft with excellent modifications.
USP: Excellent location within the project compared to other villas this one is open from front and back side with extra spacing of 15ft on back side and being next to corner villa it has extra spacing of 15ft on the left side as well.
This is phase one of Hill Park Villa Project before the launch of Gardenia.
All the villas are sold out in phase one by the builder except 2 model villas (at an extra price rs30lakhs).

Hi David..Chanda Nagar is a mixture of commercial and residential property and very soon it will become a major hub of commercial and residential activity. You can also find good schools and colleges nearby like JNTU and engineering colleges, St. Anns, Silver Oak, Sancta Maria and other reputed schools.

Yeah lekshmi..i saw the brochure the brochure two days back,,,It is well equipped clubhouse with swimming Pool, snooker, fully air- conditioned lounge and dining area, library, ATM. The project is also loaded with other amenities like with gymnasium, spa, sauna, jacuzzi etc. The residents will also get a 72 hour water back-up facility and 24 hour surveillance.

Hi Krupa...Aparna HillPark Gardenia project offers luxurious villas and plots. There are total 116 villas available in size ranging between 3290 sq ft -3325 sq ft. Each villa is priced at Rs 2 crore and i think they are worth as they provide excellent amenities.
