Hey richa..i disagree with you. The project location is not that good..it is better to buy plots in or near Hitech city,Gachibowli which will cost around 6k-7k and are just 8-10 kms from the above places. There are lot of empty lands before 10km from Airport to this project. It would take lot of time for area near DLF to develop. Telangana issue also affected the market very much.
Hi Vena..i think this project will emerge as a popular project by the year 2015.Rates will soar high in future.I think this is the first project of DLF in Hyderabad. Thus they will try best to tap the residential market of Hyderabad with lot of plots they have. Investment in this project will surely benefit owners. They have maintianed the quality standards which is like Alameda in sec 73 gurgoan, where rates are going 70000/- per syd.
Veena , this project is in Mehboob Nagar district and offering a r ate of 5000 per sq yard, plus other charges. I have invested in project in Ranaga reddy district at rate of 3800 per sq yard . i will prefer you go for that
