MY SPOUSE IS AN ALLOTTEE IN BLOSSOOM ZEST,AND TO MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE :
1. M.D. MR. SHAKTI NATH IS NOT RESPONSIVE TO CUSTOMER GRIEVANCES.
2. PROJECT IS DELAYED AS POSSESSION WAS DUE IN JUNE 2014.
3. NO FURHTER FEEDBACK ON COMPLETION OR POSSESSION BY LOGIX COMPANY.
4. ALREADY TAKEN MORE THAN 90% PAYMENT WAY BACK.
5. FLAT BUYER AGREEMENT HAS YET NOT BEEN SIGNED BY MY SPOUSE AS IT HAS DOMINANT AND ANNOYING CLAUSES AND IS VIOLATING VARIOUS PROVISIONS OF U.O. APARTMENT ACT 2010.
6. LOGIX IS NOT CONCEREND TO ALLOTTEE PLIGHT TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT.
7. BUYER SHOULD BE PAID A COMPENSATION @ 18% P.A. ON MONTH TO MONTH BASIS FOR DELAY IN POSSESSION AS THE COMPANY ALSO CHARGES 18% FOR DELAY IN PAYMENT.
