Potential of Eastern By Pass Road passing through Perungulattur,Mappedu and Rajakilpakkam

Q: Hi ..i heard from sources that a very nice and well positioned road will be constructed with a median from Camp Road Junction to Mappedu. I have also heard that the land is already been acquired for the construction. many new apartments are coming up in the area. kindly suggest what will be future prospects of investing in this area?

Hi all...the CMDA City map shows that the Eastern bypass road extends from Medavakkam until OMR. Is this a new road which has been approved? If yes, is it part of the construction going on now near perungulattur?

Hi Kiran..i believe MTC is a boost to surroundings....as new bus routes will be introduced and current route frequency will also be gradually increased...all the regions surrounding the terminal (Mappedu Junction) will have ripple effect .

Hi Murali...the Mappedu Junction and residential space in the Eastern-Bypass road will be be benefited by inter-city bus terminal in Vandalur. It is just 8 km from Mappedu junction, 14 Km from Airport , 7 km from Tambaram Railway Station, 4 km from Perungulattur Bus Stand ,Tambaram Velachery Road
and proposed Mono Rail access.

Hi Srinivas..What do you think about Mappedu...?? I think it is the center of both Junctions - Perungulattur and Rajakilpakkam. Shall i buy land in Mappedu which is CMDA approved or other builder.? I heard that flats in Maddepu are affordable (available from 3000psqft to 3500psqft).Many small time builders have constructed many flats in Mappedu.
