Hi, I am looking to buy flat for self staying and as an investment..

Q: I want to buy in any area which is not more than 10-12 Kms from Begumpet.. Kindly suggest.. I am considering Sainikpuri.. I am looking for 2BHK and my budget is max 60lacs..

I do not suggest to take a flat at sainikpuri, go for independent or open plot for investment

Hi pragati...why don't you invest in or near Hitech city..?? It is around 15 kms far from Begumpet. Check out Manikonda, Kukataplly..they are all at affordable distances (within 15 km)

Hey pragati..there are around 14 to 16 residential project in Sainkipuri. You can check out Matrixx Majestic..there are few flats left for sale.

Hi pragati..i think Sainikpuri is an army area. Why don't you go for a plot. It will give more benefit in future. Well.. apartments are also available in your budget.
