I would suggest you to please look before you go for dwarkadhish project in Gurgaon , the major point you should look for builder creditability, deliverability and project constructed by the builder till date.
Always go for renowned builders like DLF,Bestech,Emaar MGF,iREO,Unitech(Not Now),Supertech,Mapsko

Dwarkadhish has launched a new residential project “Precedence” in Sec 52, Gurgaon this comprises of independent houses the project offers first and second floor comprises of 3 and 4 BHKs at plots of 240 and 300 sq yd.The builder has quoted Rs 1.15 crore to Rs. 2.15 crore for 3 BHKs in ground, first and second floor with 240 sq ft as total built up area.
Basically these are builder floors, they not coming up with high rises .
Dwarkadhish is offering high rises apartment in Sector 84.
