HI Vivek,
Hi, this project is about to get complete and you might find at higher price. If you are looking for an investment purpose , I think you should explore some more projects in that area. Adibatla is the best place to invest no doubt because its an upcoming ITIR corridor with lot of scope to live, and rent out to IT people who will wish to stay close to work place. Rates will go up later on, presently it is around 2800-3000/sq-yrd only.

Please suggest me some good projects around Adibatla and what are the precautions we need to take when we are buying a plots in this area. I heard some legal issues on some projects in this area in recent days. If everything is good, I am planning to invest here. Please suggest me as soon as possible.

Now a days, comparing Hi-Tech city with Adibatla would be like comparing Apples to Oranges. Adibatla, right now, looks very promising. You need to have a 3-5 year horizon when investing here.

TCS and CTS are coming with their centers there. CTS construction is in progress in 24 acres of land. Another factor that works for Adibatla is that it is already a part of ITIR. This means more companies are expected to come here in the next few years.

But one thing you have to keep in your mind while buying property or investing in Adibatla, make sure that you do not end up buying any Gram Panchayat layouts. There are hoards of them. My sincere suggestion would be to invest in either HMDA approved layouts or on the layouts that are on the edge of getting HMDA approvals.

As far as the layouts in Adibatla are concerned, SARK(Two sites), HPR County, Sri Sri Aero Park(3-5 sites), Bhashyam are some of the players right now.

Hi all..i found location as the best part. PBEL City is located on growth corridor of the new Outer Ring Road (ORR). It is the first residential township on this corridor. The location of the project serves as a USP (Unique selling proposition) for it and gives great connectivity to other parts of the city. It is in close proximity to Manchirevula Business District and Financial District (Infosys, Microsoft, Wipro). It is 10-12 Kms equi-distance from Gachibowli, Banjara Hills, and the new international airport.

Hi all...i have booked three flats in PBEL city recently. It faces club house and the price of the apartment is he amenities and features provided.They have got all concerned approvals.I got they got all the approval for construction.I got good feedback of PBEL city and thus i invested here.

Hey Au.p. Phase I of PBEL city is almost sold out and Phase II is due for delivery in December 2013. The builders are also planning to launch two new towers. They are Argentum and Aurum with 400 units.They will offer 2BHK and 3BHK apartment units above 1,094 sq ft. And yes this time they are implementing shear wall technology for walls.

Hi Arup..i found the community very good. Their construction partner is l&t.They do not compromise with quality...if we compare this project with other project in same locality, then you will find that they are offering premium apartments at premium prices.i think they deliver projects on time also. i personally believe that community is great but not floor plans.
