Q: Hi, I have a plan to invest on land in hyderabad outskirts. one is at Pocharam on Warangal highway and second is surrounding to Bandlaguda- nagole And my plan is, currently for investment but in next 2/3 years i want s to build a house.. Could you please suggest which options is better? My investment would be 12- 15 Lacs.. And what can be appreciation in 2 years? Please advice..thanks in advance! And pls suggest if any well known townships around..

I think Bandlaguda in Nagole surroundings is more nearer to nagole Metro station in future right? So does nt it appreciation is more in Bandlaguda? and its near to Inner ring road nagole - LBnagar too...
