Check that out then you wil realise the upcountry's layout is like resort and USP of this project is "Man Made Beach", that why it called "Upcountry Holiday Village"and the location of Golf Country is 1-2 KM . Even if you check the graph Upcountry is also project which is moving very very fast pace in terms of construction, villas, and apartment is going fast.
I gues the Covered Parking increases from 2 lakh to 2.5 lakh in Golf Village.2. Also check with HDFC bank.UPCountry Project is approved and Golf Country project has been submitted for approval. I Gues it wil take 1-2 month.101% chances of approval on time and one more thing Yamuna Expressway (YE) authority had legally assigned land to 14 builders only and Supertech is one of them.
