Nice question you asked . Before buying or investing in any place we must know about the locality price trend with respect to residential project. So here in my opinion, in year 2009 the average residential price was approx 4050/sq-ft. Then gradually it showed improvement, and in year 2015 , this average residential price touched around 9650/sq-ft. So I believe this price trend is gradually increasing.

As per my knowledge, this is a a prime residential location of Noida. It is well connected to other parts of the city by Ashok Marg, Amaltash Marg & Noida Road .This sector id located in Har singar Marg, towards north east of Noida. This sector has quick access to school, hospitals, malls & other daily basic amenities. This sector has decent residential environment, having 3big parks within walking distance from Noida stadium.

According to me, this is a well maintained sector. Noida Jal board is supply water to this sector & UP State electricity Board is taking care of electricity. Bal Public schools is very close to this sector. Apollo hospital, Kailash Hospital , Vinayaka Hospital & Max hospital are surrounded to this sector. This sector is very suitable for end users. This is one of safe, secure & centrally located located sector, mainly maintained by army welfare housing organization. Major landmark of this sector is Jalvayu Vihar .
Hi Manish, As per my knowledge, Sector-1 will be a nice location for you. This sector is nearly 15min- 20min away from Sector 16 A. Sector 1 is well connected to the various parts of the Delhi/NCR Region. It is located on the main road which is connecting NH-24 to Pari chowck. It is around 10 min away from the Noida City Centre Metro station and Fortis Hospital. It is also around 20 min away from the DND flyover.
As per my knowledge, Sector 1 is one of prime residential location with decent residential environment. This sector is having all basic amenities nearby. The nearest metro station is Sector 15 metro station. Major schools & hospitals in around sector 1 are , Delhi public School, Rockwood School, Somerville School,Indus Valley Public School & Sahmal hospital & Navjeevan Medicare center is available in this sector.
Hey, you can look at sectors 94,124,125 and 126 which are near the Noida-Greater noida expressway and have good end use properties. many of them are in ready to move phase and the price range is between RS 5000-7000 per sqft
