HI Friends. i am new to the forums etc.

Q: Anyways, I am looking to buy a flat in Bonsai Homes in Nallagandla. They are quoting 2800 per sft and 3 lacs for amenities. What are the plus and minus for this venture.... any one can share their experience please? Thanks much in advance.

Hey naveen, .Bonsai Homes is offering one, two and three bedroom apartments . As per my knowledge..the price apartments starts from around Rs 18 lakhs. Overall the project seems good...but are there any flats available..?

Hi Naveen..Bonsai Homes is located in Tellapur, Hyderabad. It is close to Lingampally MMTS . This area houses 8-9 residential projects. Till December 2012 the average price of apartments was Rs 2568 per sq. ft. I think it has increased now..this means price is appreciating in this area.
